Since 1999, ITS Training has been offering Computer and Technology Training to faculty, staff, and students in the Schools of Arts and Sciences, Engineering, and The Fletcher School, as well as centers and institutes on the Medford Campus.  ITS Training provides more then 20 different half-day Training Courses, held in the Mark Learning Center in Tisch Library.  In addition, skill coaching sessions can be personalized for an individual or group.  With Individual/Group Skill Coaching you can learn the skills you need so you can apply them directly to your job.

ITS Training is also pleased to offer small and informal training where you can Learn While You Eat.  These sessions allow you to quickly learn new software skills while being part of an open and relaxed environment with your colleagues.

For individuals who like to learn on their own time,  Web Based Learning is available with Element K, one of the premier providers of content in the online learning industry.  Since its affiliation with ITS Training, Element K has been used by over 400 faculty and staff members at Tufts.
